The Most Important Question.

Key Verse

“Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?” Psalm 24:3

Message

Text — Psalm 24:1-6

A lot of people often ask various questions in life. People seek to know or understand things better by asking questions. As a student or apprentice learning a trade, you are encouraged to ask questions so that difficult issues can be explained better. Learn to ask intelligent questions so that you can have better understanding of issues.
The passage today deals with a question asked by an Old Testament character whom God described as the man after His own heart. His name was King David. He asked a very important question from God, the question that can be regarded as the “question of all questions”. David sought to know the qualifications for heaven. No question can be more relevant than this because getting to heaven to live with God forever should be the desire and goal of every person on earth.
Outward and inward holiness is the requirement for heaven.
Your hands must be clean and your heart must be pure. Christian boys and girls must make heaven their priority, ask questions and seek counsels from godly parents, teachers and other ministers of God on matters relating to the kingdom of God. Walk in the truth, live to please God and run away from corruptions and everything that can hinder you from making it to heaven at last.
