TEXT — Psalms 93:1-5
Message
People often use the word ‘great’ to describe certain persons, events, situations and places. It is used in different ways. For instance, we have great lakes, great plains, great expectations, etc. and each time people ask how you are doing, you often respond, “I’m great.” While we use the word ‘great’ a lot, only God is truly great. When we compare everything to Him, there is nothing that is as great as Him. He is great in a way that is beyond what we can fathom or comprehend.
Our text speaks of God, the Creator of heaven and earth, who reigns in majesty, clothed with strength. He established the world and controls it that it cannot be moved by anyone or anything. God is Omnipotent. He has power to order circumstances and change situations to align with His plans. His throne is established from old; He is everlasting. The floods and seas lift their voices to praise Him. He is mightier than many waters and the waves of the sea.
The finite man cannot comprehend the infinite God. He is the Ancient of days. Time, location or space cannot hinder Him from doing whatever He chooses to do. Both in heaven and on earth, He remains God. Everything in heaven and earth declares His glory and bows before Him. He is in charge of the creations and nothing moves without His approval.
God wants believers to make Him all we ever want or need. This means that when we are sick, we make Him our Healer; when we are helpless, we embrace Him as Helper; when we are oppressed, we depend on Him as Deliverer. He wants us to make Him our everything, as He reigns majestically over the heaven and earth.

The FLOODS can be said to represent falsehoods, lying tongues, opposition, oppression, demons and Satan inspired men, in their millions. The LORD is mightier than the noise of many waters and mighty waves of sea of wars in nations of the world.
PRAYER: O LORD subdue and stop, in our world, in your power and wisdom, all senseless wars that are wasting lives and precious resource of the earth.
Need prayer. God to grant me grace to to complete my professional course. I am left with just two papers to complete and this has become a battle.
I have less that two year to go on pension.
Lord grant me favour.
My son was referred in one paper to complete his archetecture course . For no reason he did not write the paper.
Lord please help.. it’s only you who can stand in .
Lord grant my daughter the grace to successfully complete her secondary school education so that she can further her education.
