Key Verse
I said in my heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work” (Ecclesiastes 3:17).
Text — Ecclesiastes 3:14-17
Message
Benjamin Franklin, a former President of the USA was working consistently. But, people were complaining that he was not doing much. He got fed up with this, so he started noting down and observing himself. He made a diary and he wrote a list of worth doing tasks, less important tasks, least important tasks, and avoidable tasks. He marked finished tasks daily. After a week, he perceived, he had been spending much time on less important and avoidable tasks more than worth doing tasks.
Time is an asset given by God to guide activities and track moments. Time lost cannot be regained. Many have lost vital chances in life as a result of not doing things at the right time. Like Benjamin Franklin, check the items you spend your time on. Things that are not important and urgent must give way for important and urgent ones.
Beloved, time waits for nobody. So, plan time for regular personal devotion, reading, chores, school activities and personal and environmental hygiene. Beware of careless visitations. Daily ask God for grace to make wise use of your time.
