Key Verse
“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13)
Text — Philippians 4:10-13
Message
Sue Towey, writing on Impact of Fear and Anxiety, defines fear as, “a human emotion that is triggered by a perceived threat.” According to him, when people live in constant fear, they can become incapacitated. Fear is said to be capable of weakening our immune system and impairing formation of long term memories. It is so because, it causes damage to certain parts of the brain and interrupts some processes.
Fear of failure is an invitation to failure itself. Fear gives strength to failure; it paralyzes initiatives, abilities and shatters dreams. It is an acceptance of defeat in any undertaking. God’s children should not fret or fear because greater is Christ in them than their fears. They are not alone in their challenges. Whether in their exams, to gain admission into an institution of higher learning or to regain lost health, the God of all possibilities has promised to help and that right early. God’s children should believe and confess their victory through Christ in every undertaking. If like Paul, they fully rely on Him, victory is certain.
Quote

Jesus in me is greater than all my challenges.
Prayer for today
I reject fear in Jesus name.
I’m strengthened by Christ and no cause of failure in my exams
