Message
Lord, I know You want me to live my life to please You and bring glory to You. Lord Jesus, I desire to please You with my life and be all You want me to be. Dear Father, please grant this my desire … ” These were the words of Jacinta as she meditated and prayed on today’s key verse during her quiet time. The thought and desire above should be that of every child of God and not for Jacinta alone. You should have desire that is beyond success in examinations, money, toys and food. You should have in your heart, a thirst and desire to please and obey God at all times and be all He wants you to be.
Enoch lived a life that pleased God and was taken to heaven without dying. Yes, he was raptured. He enjoyed a privilege that was not meant for people of his time. It pays to please God. There is a promise and assurance from God’s word that those who desire righteousness and to please God would have their desires granted.
