Key Verse
“To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27).
Text — Colossians 1:27-29
Message
One of the ancient men, Job, who suffered greatly, said, “Man, that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble. He cometh forth like a flower, and is cut down: he fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not” (Job 14:1). Since the fall of man, he lost the glory of God. His days were cut short from a millennium to a century. How could a man lose God, lose Paradise, and have his days cut short and yet have hope? The Bible states, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
However, the case is different for a youth who has Christ in him or her, the hope of glory. God reveals to us the riches of His eternal glory. There is the glory of His holiness, of His presence and of His power which are revealed through deep fellowship with the Father, the Holy Spirit and our Lord Jesus. Sinners have no hope of this glory unless they repent through Jesus Christ. Have you repented?
Quote
