“The Burning Bush”

“And he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed” (Exodus 3:2b).
Text —Exodus 3:1-10
Message
A Pharaoh that knew not Joseph ascended the throne in Egypt and unleashed terror on Israel. He decided to depopulate and enslave the Jews. Yet they multiplied. They cried to God. He heard them and appeared to Moses who was in exile, and gave him a mandate to deliver the Israelites from their afflictions. In our text, Moses saw a burning bush with the leaves not consumed. He went to investigate it, and the LORD appeared to him “in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush.”
Sometimes, we go through trials that are comparable to burning fire. We must remember God will come with deliverance if we can trust in His faithfulness. Remember, God identified with the three Hebrew young men in the fiery furnace and delivered them, leading to their elevation in the land of Babylon. God will show up in your situation to deliver and promote you. God will convert the enemies’ fiery fire to comfortable air conditioner for believers who trust in Him. The fire God permits us to pass through will lead to our elevation and His glory.
