Message
Janet had serious financial problem. She needed money urgently to pay her school fees otherwise she would be sent home and not allowed to sit for her
second term examination. Her father had died and left their mother to take care of five children. Her mother was a petty trader who sold small items in a small make-shift shop in front of their house. They hardly had enough to eat talk less of paying school fees. Janet was the eldest of the five children.
She decided to sing unto the Lord instead of crying. She sang throughout a greater part of the day and praised God sincerely from her heart. In the morning, Jude’s father, one of her neigbours came with an envelope and gave it to Janet in the presence of her mother. He said he had enjoyed her songs so much. When Janet opened the envelope, the money there was the exact amount she needed to pay for her fees! Sing unto the Lord, take your problems to the Lord and He will answer your prayers.
