Key Verse
“So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king’s wrath pacified” (Esther 7:10).
Text — Esther 7:8-10
Message
Sowing and reaping is an undisputable natural law. It is one of the most fundamental principles in life. “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Galatians 6:7). Haman had gallows erected to hang Mordecai on, but ended up being the one hanged on them. He reaped what he sowed against Mordecai and the Jews.
Haman was brought to total disrepute, a national embarrassment, shame, and untimely death.
Listen, friend, those who seek to destroy others end up being destroyed themselves. The blackmail, lies, gossip, attacks, slanders, mudslinging, and various acts of wickedness toward others will eventually come to ruin the perpetrators’ lives.
Examine your life today. Are you involved in any wicked act? Have you ruined or planning to ruin someone’s life, career, or business? Hang off immediately so that iniquity will not be your ruin. Repent of any such wicked deeds. He who sows the wind will surely reap the whirlwind. “Woe unto the wicked! It shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him”(Isaiah 3:11).
