Text — Numbers 27:1-7
Message
Today’s passage reminds us that God sees us all as equals. We learn about a humble and brave group of girls who spoke up to Moses and the leaders of Israel. They wanted to make sure they got their fair share of the land inheritance, even though back then, the law allowed only boys to inherit the family’s properties. This was to
preserve the family name. But guess what? God doesn’t play favourite based on whether we’re boys or girls! He loves us all the same and wants us to know that we all have a part to play in His amazing plans. God told Moses to grant their request and even went further to amend laws on how to share family inheritance.
Just like those brave girls in the Bible, you can do anything with God’s help! So, whether you are a boy or a girl, know that God has big plans for you. He wants you to use your gifts and talents to make a difference in the world. God loves you just the way you are!
