Thursday, March 13, 2025Key Verse

Text —Acts 2:41-47
Message
All mammals nurse their young ones till they are matured enough to fend for themselves. In Christendom, new converts, no matter their ages, must continue learning the way of the Lord. When Christ gave the command, “Go ye into the world, and preach the gospel to every creature,” He also implied maturing the converts through teaching, mentoring, and guarding them against false prophets.
True salvation is manifested in commitment to the fellowship of saints and actions of faith in Christ. Fellowship empowers for growth and steadfast walk with the Lord. It is also a place where you learn about Bible doctrines, effectual fervent prayer, patience in persecution and trials, and godly social relationships. Christ’s first disciples had three and half years of training before He left them on earth. New converts should avail themselves of healthy fellowship at school and the local church for profitable learning. Become a fellowship freak! Young Timothy became a Bishop in Ephesus after much training through association with Apostle Paul who impacted him spiritually (2 Timothy 1:6). Who is your model and mentor?
Quote
