Key Verse
“Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.” Ezekiel 18:27
Text — Ezekiel 18:27,28,31,32
Message
A young boy named Frank, from a Christian home was offered admission into a secondary school. Frank moved into the school’s hostel where he met a new friend. This new friend told Frank to forsake the word of God that his parent taught him. He foolishly agreed with his new friend and they started living very rough, bullying other students, stealing, cheating during exams, telling lies and engaging in all kinds of evils. One day, Frank slept and dreamt about his father. The man with tears in his eyes pleaded with Frank to repent from his evil and turn to the Lord. Frank woke up sweating, quietly got up from bed, knelt down and cried to God. He repented, asked for forgiveness and cleansing with the blood of Jesus.
Immediately after praying, Frank experienced the peace and joy of a new life. He then cut off his friendship with his friend. He started attending the school fellowship and became an exemplary Christian. Through Frank’s new life, the friend also surrendered his heart to Jesus. The two of them excelled in their academics and received gifts for their excellent performances. God is calling all sinners and backsliders to come to Him. He does not want anyone to perish. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the fruit of the land.
