Are You A Good Example?

Text — 1 Corinthians 11: 1-3
Message
An example is a pattern of what should be copied or avoided. Jesus’ desire is for His friends to be like Him and become His Example to others. He is our perfect Example of righteous living, love, humility, and many more. That was the way it was with Peter and John. The Jewish rulers who saw the character of Christ in them, “… took knowledge of them that they had been with Jesus.” (Acts 4:13) What a good example of Christ they were!
Are you an example of Christ in your school, at home, and in your neighborhood? Do you reflect Him in obedience, love, righteousness, and character? Do others see Jesus in you? Will Jesus recommend you as an example to others?
For you to be a true example of Christlike behaviour, you must repent from all sins and be born of God. You will become His child and have His nature. Then, desire to be more like Jesus, meditate on His words, and ask God in prayers to help you to live and obey Him every day.
