Key Verse
“But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind” (Luke 14:13).
TEXT — Luke 14:12-24
Message
If journalists were to sit at the feet of Jesus Christ to cover His teachings, one of the uphill tasks that would confront them and their editors would be choosing the commercial headlines to appeal to demand. All our Lord said was latent ‘stop-press’ bulletins. They were the news of the day as they carried weight and deserved front-page attention. None could be relegated.
However, whether in the synagogue, by the seaside, on the mountaintop or in the house of a Pharisee or tax collector, the thousands who gathered to listen to Christ were never under any burden of taking discriminatory decisions. For them it was sufficient to be at a feast where only the disadvantaged of society were hosted by Christ. That pointed them to the love of God for the humble, the poor and the oppressed. This encouraged them to acknowledge His goodness in preparing them a place in heaven.
God is looking for those who will be like Christ. He is searching for preachers of the gospel who will deliver only what would lead the people to thoughts of getting ready for His coming. Such evangelists must not be moved by the commercial ‘headline news’ the society wants to hear, but what will move them to appreciate the Lord.
Regardless of where we deliver the message – in the church, at crusade ground, by the wayside, market, in the bus, or on the social media – the result should be a harvest of ready souls for the Kingdom. We have the promise of the Father that if we handle the business of the great commission the same way our Master and the early Church executed the mandate, we shall be crowned with roaring success ultimately.

Peace be unto you in the name of the Lord.
I have observed that we put full stop (a dot) after the topic. I think we should avoid putting it both on the Daily Manna banner and the title section. Likewise, we could increase the font size of the title in the banner a little. , provided it does not affect the setting Thank you and God bless.
Thank you!
Thanks my brother.
