“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
Text — Philippians 4:4-7
MessagePeace is the desire of all. People want to be at peace within themselves, at peace with their world and at peace with their Maker. Most people live and do what they do because they believe they will have more peace by what they do. The question is, what is peace? Peace is a state or period in which there is no war, it is the calmness of heart and mind in the midst of trouble. Why is it necessary to have and proclaim the peace of God? This will help us
a. To withstand and overcome the regular pressures and troubles of this world.
b. To enjoy the blessings of God.
c. To receive instruction, revelation and direction from God.You cannot have joy if you lack peace; it is impossible to be excited when you are worried; it is impossible to be happy when you are anxious; it is impossible to have joy when everything that surrounds you is trouble.
To enjoy the peace of God, you must be a friend of the Prince of Peace by surrendering your life to Jesus. Then peace can be proclaimed in your life
