“God Gives A Simple Solution”

Text — Exodus 15:22-25
Message
In every sphere of human endeavour, tough times abound, which are often orchestrated by the devil who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). This calls for fervent prayer and not fear or complaining by God’s people for His intervention. The situation in our text is an account of a problem faced by the Israelites almost immediately after their miraculous crossing of the Red Sea. When they arrived Marah, they could not drink of the water because of its bitterness, causing them to murmur against Moses. The prayer of Moses to the LORD, resulted in a simple solution, a divine revelation of a tree which was cast into the water and it became sweet (Exodus 15:25). God healed the bitter water, He is also our healer – Jehovah Rapha!
God’s intervention brings solutions to our problems, for He can supply all our needs (Philippians 4:19); and He can do beyond what we ask Him for (Ephesians 3:20). Whatever your challenges in the pursuit of your education or career, pray in faith for God’s help, and the solution will come (Mark 11: 23-24).
