Text —Acts 4:8-12
Message
Jesus saves, heals, and delivers from sin, sicknesses, and Satan. “And she shall bring forth a son and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). Jesus’ death on the cross brought redemption to humanity. Therefore, sinning youths should know that they can be saved today. “For he said, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2). Jesus can save the vilest of sinners! A woman caught in adultery, in the very act, got saved, and Zacchaeus, the chief among the publicans also got saved. Saul of Tarsus, who persecuted the early Church, was saved too. Any sinner that genuinely repents and turns to Jesus will be saved. Today, if you trust in Jesus, the Saviour, you will be saved.
Jesus is the only approved name for the salvation of humanity; His Father has freely declared Him as the propitiation for all sins. He is the sin Bearer!
