Message
When Wigwa was nine (9) years old, some Christian missionaries came to their village to preach the love of Jesus. Wigwa was so fascinated by their message especially the film show about Jesus’ miracles. He was touched by the works of Jesus and surrendered his life to Him. Before the missionaries left the village, Wigwa was baptized in water with the other new believers. He was very happy about his new life.
When Jesus was preparing to go back to heaven, He appeared to His friends and gave them the command to preach to sinners and after they get saved, they should carry out something called Water Baptism. Someone might be wondering, “why do we have to do Water Baptism after getting saved?
Here’s the answer to the question. When Jesus died, He was buried and He rose again on the third day. Water baptism signifies that you have died to your sinful lifestyle and then you have resurrected into a new life. It must be done in the Name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit which represents the Trinity. Are you saved and you’re yet to partake in water baptism? Do so quickly and the Lord will bless you.
