Friday, May 16, 2025Key Verse
For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more (1 Corinthians 9:19).
Text —1 Corinthians 9:18-23
Message
Technology, they say, has made the world a global village. The social media has created an avenue where we can connect to people miles away from the comfort of our homes. However, some youths only employ the means to reach out to their friends or relatives by posting pictures and videos just for entertainment purposes and not for spreading God’s Word.
In our text, we see Paul the apostle adapt to different tribes and races just to preach the gospel of Christ. Believing youths, adapt to global audiences. Billy Graham in 1950 founded the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) to spread the gospel through crusades, multimedia evangelism, etc. Also the Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK) is a very good example. You may not need to travel about like Apostle Paul. Through sharing posts that preach Christ, and godly fliers for online publicity, people in the uttermost part of the earth can be saved. Wisdom should be applied when reaching out to them considering their unique cultures and religious beliefs. Do not conform to their evils but rather win them to God.
